About the role
IQVIA Technology Solutions s.r.o., an international company active in pharmacy and healthcare, is looking for active colleagues for long-term part-time cooperation on a non-sales basis. The work consists of daily telephone calls with doctors and pharmacists according to prepared projects, recording the results on a computer. The workplace is near the Křižíkova metro station.
Key responsibilities
- Make daily telephone calls with doctors and pharmacists according to prepared projects
- Record the results of the calls on a computer
Required profile
- Comfortable making phone calls and excellent verbal communication in Czech or Slovak
- Previous experience in customer service or call centres (ideal)
- Willingness to work in the office, partly from home after training
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to use a computer and the main software packages
What we offer
- Pay of 150 CZK per hour, with a possible bonus for extra performance
