Tender & Supply Chain Specialist CEE

About the role

Celltrion Group, which supplies biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical products to about 110 countries, is hiring a Czechia_Tender & Supply Chain Specialist for an office-based position in Prague. The role supports tender, pricing and supply chain strategies through data management, analytics and reconciliation, acting as the commercial data and operations coordinator for the CEE region. Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and volume reconciliation: match distributor sell-out data, hospital delivery notes and contracted tender volumes monthly or quarterly to avoid billing and contractual discrepancies.
• Pricing and discount/rebate reconciliation: track actual selling prices against contract prices, rebates and commercial terms across the six CEE countries.
• Maintain a centralized CEE tender database and support tender submissions and contract execution tracking.
• Inventory reconciliation between distributor stock reports, warehouse counts and ERP/fulfillment systems, and build demand models from multi-country forecasts and tender burn rates.
• Manage purchase orders and the order-to-delivery process with distributors and 3PL partners, and monitor cold-chain and logistics KPIs.
• Build and maintain regional commercial dashboards (Power BI / Excel) on sales performance, stock health and tender compliance, and act as the single source of truth for commercial operations.
• Streamline manual reconciliation workflows and set up standardized data collection templates across the six CEE markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, tender management, supply chain planning, commercial operations or financial reconciliation in the pharmaceutical industry; biosimilar/generic experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of reconciling multi-source data (sales, inventory, contracts) with high accuracy.
• Experience working in multi-country or cross-functional teams across the CEE region.
• Fluent business Czech and English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, conditional formatting); VBA/macros is an advantage.
• Data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial terms, pricing erosion, rebate structures and inventory accounting.
