About the role

Augustine Hotel Prague, a Kempinski hotel in the historic heart of Prague, is looking for a passionate and naturally engaging Waiter / Waitress. The role delivers refined, personalised food and beverage service that reflects the standards of luxury hospitality, anticipating guests' needs and creating a warm, elegant atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver refined, personalised and intuitive food and beverage service.
• Guide guests through the culinary and beverage offerings with confidence and knowledge.
• Present and serve food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
• Recommend menu selections, wines and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure the restaurant and service areas are clean, well organised and impeccably presented.
• Work closely with the culinary and service teams.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and empathetically.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Good knowledge of food, wines and beverages, with a desire to keep learning.
• Naturally warm, attentive and confident, with excellent communication skills.
• An eye for detail and appreciation of elegance, discretion and professionalism.
• Comfortable communicating in Czech and English.
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
