Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Welcome Ambassador (Bellman) is the first point of contact for guests at W Prague, a bold luxury hotel. You will create a warm, energetic welcome, assist with luggage and transportation, and ensure every guest feels valued throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage, vehicles, arrivals, and departures.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Arrange taxis, transfers, and other transportation needs.
• Manage luggage storage and retrieval.
• Support Concierge, Front Office and other teams with guest requests.
• Monitor entrance, parking and vehicle flow.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Handle guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong communication with colleagues and uphold hotel standards, safety, security and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Friendly, confident and energetic personality.
• Genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
• Passion for hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile.
• EU nationality or valid Czech work permit and a valid driving licence.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift luggage as required.
