Customer Experience Specialist – French (Entry Level)

About the role

Join AB InBev as a Customer Experience Specialist supporting customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in an international environment while you develop problem‑solving and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email and other channels, answering questions and finding solutions.
• Take ownership of customer requests and urgent cases, ensuring they are followed up until resolved.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Credit Management, Marketing and Operations to solve challenges.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the experience.
• Contribute ideas and participate in projects that streamline the customer journey.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international environment with customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Organized, confident communicator who asks questions and takes initiative.
• Motivated to grow a career within a global company.

Required skills

• Fluency in French (written and spoken).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
