Guest Experience Supervisor (M Lounge)

About the role

The Guest Experience Supervisor (M Lounge) ensures smooth check‑in processes, accurate billing and exceptional service for all guests at our Prague property. You will act as the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, requests and any issues that arise during their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method and assign rooms.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes.
• Secure payment, issue room keys and manage billing adjustments.
• Compile daily reports, cashier logs and closing reports.
• Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs and cash drops.
• Balance and secure the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any theft reports.
• Assist management with training, coaching and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and hotel property management software.
• Strong computer and data‑entry skills.
• Cash handling and basic accounting procedures.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb.
