Night Receptionist

About the role

Join our Courtyard hotel team as a Night Receptionist, delivering a memorable guest experience during the overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out while providing personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest arrivals and departures, handling reservations and payments.
• Address guest requests, provide local area information, and resolve issues promptly.
• Complete operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communication style at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
• Ability to work night shifts and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
