Key Account Manager – Industrial Automation (Czech Market)

About the role

You will be responsible for developing and managing key customer accounts for Yokogawa in the Czech market, focusing on industrial automation solutions. The role combines strategic account planning, customer relationship building, and sales execution to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement account and industry plans aligned with market needs.
• Visit existing and potential customers to gather requirements and present Yokogawa capabilities.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations, and influence proposals to maximise use of Yokogawa standard solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and cross‑border sales and engineering teams to close deals.
• Monitor CRM, produce sales reports, and update account plans regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level technical education.
• More than 8 years of sales experience in industrial automation (oil & gas, energy, pharma, chemical, renewables).
• Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
