• Collaborate daily with a product manager, frontend and backend engineers, and a dev lead in a shared‑ownership model.
• Refactor and professionalise existing design patterns using AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code for rapid prototyping.
• Act as a UX ambassador, challenging shortcuts and advocating for user‑centred solutions.
• Conduct usability tests and discovery interviews with real customers.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product design experience with a proven track record of owning a scope independently.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, including the ability to push back when necessary.
• Hands‑on research and testing experience beyond visual design.
• Comfort working in fast, ambiguous, short‑cycle environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.

What we offer

• Hybrid work schedule based in Brno.
• Opportunity to shape a high‑impact product used by global ecommerce brands.
• Recognition as a fast‑growing tech company (Deloitte, Inc., Newsweek).
