eCommerce Key Account Manager

About the role

Opella is looking for an experienced eCommerce Key Account Manager to drive growth across leading online pharmacy partners and marketplace channels in the Czech and Slovak markets. You will shape and execute eJBP strategies, manage promotional plans for the CHC product portfolio, and design conversion‑boosting eCommerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate and implement eJBP agreements with dedicated online pharmacy partners.
• Manage 3P marketplace operations, performance monitoring and promotional activities.
• Design and deploy solutions that maximise conversion across eCommerce partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and analyse sales effectiveness.
• Track Digital Shelf and eRetail Media KPIs, delivering planned sales results while ensuring optimal P&L management.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key clients and represent Opella at business meetings and events.
• Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams (Digital, Marketing, Trade) and prepare analyses and reports for internal stakeholders and Group headquarters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of CHC/FMCG sales experience, preferably as an eCommerce KAM.
• Strong knowledge of the Czech/Slovak eCommerce landscape, including marketplaces, Q‑Commerce, pure players and ePharmacies.
• Proven ability to build and grow strategic client relationships.
• Higher education, fluency in English (min B2) and Czech or Slovak.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to work in a hybrid home‑office model.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Brand Bank, eCommerce Insights, Profitero, Google Analytics and Allegro Analytics.
• Ability to create and execute eRetail Media plans.
