Assistance Services Specialist – German (Moto & Home)

About the role

Join a newly established technical assistance team in Ostrava, supporting customers who need help on the road or at home during critical moments. You will handle calls and emails, verify coverage, and coordinate assistance services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the helpline: take phone calls and process emails from customers needing technical or moto & home assistance.
• Verify customer data and insurance coverage.
• Process payments to clients and service providers.
• Register and manage cases in the internal system, administer insurance claims and review documentation.
• Organise assistance using a network of service providers (e.g., towing, plumber, locksmith, roofer).
• Collaborate with foreign branches of AXA Partners Group.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
• Czech or Polish language at native level.
• Fluency in German (C1 level or native).
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills, empathy and responsibility.
• Willingness to work rotating or irregular shifts in an international environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with internet browsers.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Additional foreign language and phone communication experience are a plus.
