Client Line Specialist – Insurance Helpline Agent

About the role

Join AXA Partners as a Client Line Specialist and become the first point of contact for customers during their most critical moments. You will work in a dynamic contact‑centre environment, handling inquiries via phone, email and chat while delivering high‑quality assistance in line with internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound requests during operating hours (Mon‑Fri, 8 am‑5 pm).
• Communicate with customers through phone, email and chat, providing accurate information and support.
• Verify customer data and insurance coverage.
• Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Generate insurance coverage documents for customers.
• Collaborate with other AXA Partners CEE departments.

Required profile

• Native‑level Czech and at least B2 English proficiency.
• Secondary education or higher.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Organised, task‑oriented and comfortable with MS Office.
• Possession of a CNB licence (Category III) for the Czech market.
