Communications & Public Affairs Manager – EP & Neuro (EMEA)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communications & Public Affairs Manager for the EP & Neuro business unit across EMEA. The role will help shape and deliver an integrated communications strategy that supports growth priorities, innovation milestones and reputation building across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the EMEA communications strategy for the EP & Neuro business units, aligning with growth priorities and key milestones.
• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into clear, compelling campaigns across media, executive, internal and digital channels.
• Own channel management for homepages, distribution lists, newsletters and other communication assets.
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, government affairs and global media relations to ensure alignment and approvals.
• Manage relationships with local agencies and freelancers to maximise campaign impact.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve effectiveness and share learnings across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, corporate or public affairs, preferably within healthcare, med‑tech or other regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its market nuances.
• Strong writing, storytelling and overall communication skills.
• Comfortable with IT systems and eager to learn new content‑creation and distribution tools.
