Content & Social Media Specialist (Czech)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Content & Social Media Specialist who will own Czech‑language content production and execute day‑to‑day activities across our social platforms, website and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts and creative concepts for organic and paid social media.
• Film, edit and produce short‑form video content and native social assets.
• Own and maintain the Czech content calendar, publishing and scheduling posts.
• Write, translate, proofread and review Czech marketing copy.
• Create and update website content, course descriptions and landing‑page copy.
• Prepare briefs for designers, coordinate tasks and review creatives before launch.
• Track content performance and apply learnings to improve future formats.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in social media, content creation or a similar role.
• Fluent Czech with strong copywriting, proofreading and localisation skills.
• Conversational English.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta, TikTok and other social platforms.
• Video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Cartesia).
