Customer Experience Specialist – German

About the role

As a Customer Experience Specialist you will be a key point of contact for customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This entry‑level position offers the chance to start an international career with a global beverage leader while developing hands‑on experience in customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone, email and other channels, answering questions and finding optimal solutions.
• Take ownership of requests and urgent issues, ensuring they are followed up until resolved.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Credit Management, Marketing and Operations teams to address customer challenges.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and suggest improvements to the experience.
• Propose ideas and contribute to projects that streamline the customer journey.

Required skills

• Fluent German (written and spoken).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
