Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing team in Prague supporting UK & Ireland customers. You will help shape new ways of working, contribute to a high‑performing team and play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers across the UK & Ireland through multiple channels, ensuring professional and timely resolution throughout the order‑to‑delivery process.
• Manage and resolve customer issues by coordinating with cross‑functional teams such as Logistics, Sales, Credit Management, Marketing and Operations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring effective follow‑up and issue resolution.
• Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for enhancing experience, business performance and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and the successful transition and stabilization of new activities within the Prague operation.
