Customer Quality Senior Specialist (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Quality Senior Specialist to join our team in Prague. You will enhance customer satisfaction by investigating, resolving and preventing quality and logistics issues related to finished goods and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer and intercompany complaints from investigation through resolution, ensuring timely follow‑up and preventive actions.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and consumers, providing regular updates on complaints and queries.
• Monitor ocean transport conditions of finished goods in collaboration with exporting zones and the Global Quality Director.
• Coordinate issuance of credit and debit notes and act as central contact for quality, logistics, transportation and master‑data issues.
• Analyse KPIs to identify trends, support continuous‑improvement projects and provide operational support to the wider team.

Required profile

• Good understanding of supply‑chain operations, especially logistics, transportation and warehousing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Graduate degree with at least 2 years of logistics experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
