Order Management Specialist

About the role

The Order Management Specialist ensures customers receive their orders accurately and on time in a fast‑moving international environment. You will manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service, and support operational excellence initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, process and release customer orders across multiple systems and channels.
• Monitor order execution, resolve blocks, system exceptions and operational issues to maintain service levels.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Logistics, Transport Planning, Inventory Deployment and Supply Chain teams for smooth fulfilment.
• Support delivery and invoicing activities to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) targets.
• Analyse performance data, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Produce reports and insights for business decision‑making.
• Contribute to process standardisation, continuous‑improvement programmes and automation projects.
• Ensure compliance with processes, controls and service level agreements while keeping a strong customer focus.

Required profile

• Experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar operational environment.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain and order‑fulfilment processes.
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP platforms and strong Excel skills for data analysis.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude, attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent English; additional European language (German, French, Dutch or Spanish) is a plus.
