Key Account Manager – Traditional Trade (Remote)

About the role

Join a global team of 48,000 professionals as a Key Account Manager focused on traditional trade. You will work remotely in a hybrid capacity, building and expanding long‑term relationships with key customers while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide complete care for key customers and maintain long‑term business partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing to prepare promotional activities, materials, and product pricing.
• Review new products, monitor in‑store presentations, and evaluate business statistics.
• Design and implement solutions to expand the product range.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Fulfillment, Credit & Collection, and other internal teams.
• Develop tailored solutions that meet partner needs and achieve company KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent in Czech and English.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Key Account Manager.
• KPI‑oriented attitude with a strong drive for results.
• Valid driving license.
• Willingness to learn, embrace innovation, and contribute to a purpose‑driven organization.
