Resale Supplier Quality Senior Professional

About the role

As a Resale Supplier Quality Senior Professional (Contractor) you will lead proactive and reactive supplier quality initiatives across the EMEA resale supplier base, working independently to deliver rapid impact.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation of preventative quality strategies and embed quality early in the supplier and solution lifecycle.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and structured quality planning (APQP, risk assessments) aligned to supplier and project complexity.
• Partner with Solutions Development and Engineering to integrate supplier quality requirements into designs and specifications.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, FATs, SATs and support onboarding and qualification activities.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA) for supplier‑related issues, providing hands‑on support to project and installation teams.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in proactive quality planning and reactive problem‑solving methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence engineering decisions and embed quality upstream.
• Excellent analytical skills with data‑driven decision making (Pareto analysis).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Quality tools: RCA (8D, A3), DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans, PPAP, FAT/SAT, Audits.
• Quality methodologies: APQP, risk assessments, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
• Data analysis techniques such as Pareto analysis.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent preferred.
