Sourcing Recruiter

About the role

As a Sourcing Recruiter you will drive talent acquisition across multiple markets, building pipelines and nurturing relationships with candidates. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet strategic hiring needs for a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Partner with recruitment colleagues and hiring managers to understand role requirements and share market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Utilise and continuously improve sourcing platforms, track performance metrics and adopt new technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing or talent research, preferably in‑house or RPO.
• Track record of sourcing talent across different geographies within a global team.
• Fluent in Czech, English and German; Polish is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive approach.
• Highly organized, self‑driven and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
