Tax & Accounting Process Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Tax & Accounting Process Lead to join our Brno team. The role combines finance, accounting and tax expertise with process optimisation, supporting both internal initiatives and client‑facing projects in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance, accounting and tax processes for internal and external projects.
• Analyse data and create clear reports to aid decision‑making.
• Lead and participate in client calls, discussions and negotiations.
• Drive tax‑related projects, including indirect tax reviews and transition of tax processes to outsourcing partners.
• Design, implement and monitor improvements across business processes.
• Contribute to a continuous‑improvement culture by identifying optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounting, covering RTR, OTC, PTP and Tax.
• Fluent English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum B2) for client communication.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under changing priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with experience in customer‑facing roles and negotiations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and VBA macro development.
