Associate Account Management (PGA) – Portuguese Speaking

About the role

Expedia Group's Partner Growth & Agility (PGA) Associate Account Manager works with hotel partners in an assigned market to make the Expedia Group partner product competitive, attractive and relevant. The role sits within Travel Partnerships and Advertising, which helps partners deliver better traveler and B2B experiences through supply, advertising and affiliate solutions. It is a high-volume, phone-based sales position in Prague.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and analyze market-specific data and work closely with hotel partners
• Make dozens of phone calls per day, presenting clear recommendations, handling objections and converting opportunities
• Follow up persistently and manage relationships to turn leads into bookings
• Optimize content, rates and availability on Expedia sites to increase conversions
• Secure extra lodging rates and availability during high-demand periods and obtain promotional offers for partners' marketing
• Educate partners on self-service features in Expedia Partner Central, re-engage dormant partners and support demand generation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in a similar environment)
• Portuguese and English proficiency
• Experience or strong interest in sales, account management, business development or other customer-facing, results-driven roles
• Comfortable making many phone calls daily and handling objections in complex conversations
• Results-oriented, persistent and able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Total cash range in Prague of CZK 731,000 to CZK 1,023,500, with potential to reach CZK 1,169,500 on sustained performance
