PGA Associate Account Manager - English Speaking

About the role

Expedia Group's Partner Growth & Agility (PGA) Associate Account Manager works in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment, supporting hotel partners in their assigned English-speaking market. The role ensures that Expedia's partner product is competitive, attractive and relevant, and helps partners improve the marketing and distribution potential of their participation in the Expedia marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide and analyze market-specific data and work closely with hotel partners
• Make dozens of phone calls per day, presenting clear recommendations, handling objections and converting opportunities
• Follow up persistently and build momentum through effective relationship management
• Optimize content, rates and availability on Expedia sites to increase customer conversion
• Secure additional lodging rates and availability during high-demand and compressed periods
• Secure promotional offers to support brand merchandising and marketing
• Educate partners on self-service features in Expedia Partner Central
• Re-establish relationships with dormant partners and support demand generation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in a similar environment)
• Proficiency in English
• Experience or strong interest in sales, account management, business development or other target-driven, customer-facing roles
• Comfortable making many phone calls daily and dealing with varied situations
• Resilient, results-oriented, able to handle objections and complex conversations
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Total cash range in Prague of CZK 731,000 to CZK 1,023,500, with potential to reach CZK 1,169,500 on sustained performance
