Benchmark and Licensing Operator

About the role

Euronext ValuesUnity is looking for a Benchmark Operator to join its CFBF team in Prague, starting 1 November 2026. The position reports to the CFBF Managing Director and focuses on operating and maintaining financial benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various financial benchmarks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Monitor benchmark data, perform quality checks and resolve discrepancies
• Support the calculation and publication of benchmark values in a timely manner
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to answer queries and provide information
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within benchmark operations
• Assist in implementing new benchmarks and updating existing methodologies
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory and internal purposes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial operations, data analysis or benchmark administration is a plus
• Fluent English; Czech is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and data management tools
• Familiarity with SQL or VBA is a plus
