Business Consultant – Technology Consulting (German Projects)

About the role

Join PwC’s Technology Consulting practice in Prague as a Business Consultant focused on German‑based projects. You will work in cross‑functional teams delivering end‑to‑end digital and technology solutions for clients in banking, payments and other sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
• Translate business needs into structured functional specifications and user stories.
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders, support process design and help shape agile delivery.
• Assist in evaluating the economic viability of proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and testing of automated processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or a comparable field.
• Interest in technology consulting, digital transformation or financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Required skills

• Business analysis and documentation.
• Understanding of agile or hybrid project delivery methods.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder workshops and gather requirements.
