Business Development Manager – HPE/Juniper

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its HPE and Juniper business. You will manage partner accounts, drive sales, and build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of partner accounts.
• Increase sales of HPE and Juniper solutions.
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Translate vendor goals into clear sales plans.
• Negotiate deals, pricing, and discounts.
• Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and relationship management.

Required profile

• Experience in IT sales, business development, or marketing.
• Proven track record of managing accounts and growing customer business.
• Comfortable working with senior managers and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organisational, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven with a sales mindset.
• Fluent in English and Czech.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HPE and Juniper solutions.
