Business Development Representative – Czech Language

About the role

Join Concentrix as a Business Development Representative focusing on Czech‑speaking commercial customers. You will support lead generation and sales activities through phone, email and social media outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing campaigns via phone calls.
• Conduct email and social media campaigns for prospect and existing commercial clients.
• Profile and identify prospect companies to support sales results.
• Maintain high‑quality leads in CRM and nurture existing leads.
• Collaborate daily with Country Marketing, Sales and Pre‑sales teams for lead creation.
• Report results to the Supervisor.

Required profile

• Energetic, focused and goal‑oriented personality.
• Keen interest in sales development and strong communication skills.
• Experience working on the phone and enthusiasm for acquiring new customers.
• Native Czech speaker with intermediate English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Experience with CRM systems for lead and contact management.
