Customer Service Associate (German and English)

The role suits people who want to get into IT without prior tech experience: it combines tech support with problem solving and customer service, and offers a fast-paced environment where you learn and contribute from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers as the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping them solve their problems
• Start by learning the basics and getting set up with one client on production, then move to multi-tasking chat, email and MS Teams support
• Work with back-office teams to handle escalations
• Learn from senior colleagues and mentors, and explore different job roles within the company
• Develop expertise in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and pursue certifications such as Google Cloud, Azure and Microsoft

Required profile

• B2 level of German and English
• Interest in technology, with a growth mindset and customer focus
• Open and inclusive in how you work with others
• Experience is not required; Kyndryl welcomes applicants who do not meet every requirement

Required skills

• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Help desk and customer support knowledge
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Active listening and flexibility to adapt your approach to customer needs
