Customer Service Specialist with French

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Customer Service Specialist with French for its MedTech business in Prague, Czechia. The role covers customer service to MedTech countries in EMEA, handling orders, calls, returns and related transactions in a compliance-driven environment. The position is initially fixed term (one year).

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and calls, and manage cases in Salesforce.
• Manage returns, credits and debits for external and internal customers.
• Communicate professionally with customers, internal functions and external providers such as distribution centres and transport providers.
• Investigate and resolve customer cases, orders and returns, including credit and billing investigations and approvals.
• Coordinate order changes, back-orders, return requests and failures across internal departments and external providers.
• Process orders in the JDE system accurately and on time, with proper approvals and documentation.
• Meet quality and compliance requirements (HCC/HCBI, anti-corruption, FCPA, SOX, QA, Safe Fleet) and report spontaneous adverse events and quality complaints on time.
• Complete all mandatory training on schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent French and intermediate English.
• Experience in customer service or a related area.
• University degree or equivalent.
• Proven customer service or administrative experience.

Required skills

• Case management systems (Salesforce preferred) and enterprise systems (JD Edwards preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, attention to detail and problem solving.

• Base pay range of CZK 461,000 to CZK 742,900.
