Customer Service Specialist with French

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Customer Service Specialist with French for its MedTech business in Prague, Czechia. The role covers customer service to MedTech countries in EMEA, handling orders, calls, returns and related transactions in a compliance-driven environment. The position is initially fixed term (one year); the employer notes that the planned separation of the Orthopaedics business into DePuy Synthes may affect the employer after the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer orders and calls, and manage cases in Salesforce
• Manage returns, credits and debits for external and internal customers
• Communicate professionally with customers and with internal functions and external providers such as distribution centres and transport providers
• Investigate and resolve customer cases, orders and returns, including credit and billing investigations and approvals
• Process orders in the JDE system with the right approvals and documentation
• Report on spontaneous adverse events and quality complaints on time, meet quality and compliance requirements, and complete mandatory training

Required profile

• Fluent French and intermediate English
• Experience in customer service or a related area
• University degree or equivalent
• Proven customer service or administrative experience

Required skills

• Case management systems (Salesforce preferred) and enterprise systems (JD Edwards preferred)
• MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, attention to detail and problem solving

What we offer

• Base pay range of CZK 461,000 to CZK 742,900
• Annual bonus and/or sales commissions depending on performance
