EMEA Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance agenda across four EMEA countries for a stable international company operating in construction, industry, and manufacturing. You will ensure accurate financial management that supports long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end closing, reporting and analysis for four EMEA markets.
• Prepare financial analyses, management reports and presentations.
• Set up and control accounting processes to ensure compliance.
• Participate in budget planning, forecasting and financial strategy development.
• Drive process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams and other departments across the organisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Controlling/FP&A, preferably in international, mid‑sized organisations.
• Professional proficiency in Czech and English.
• Experience in the Software and Services sector is a strong advantage.
• Proven analytical ability with a track record of delivering accurate financial insights.
• Effective collaboration with executive‑level stakeholders and influence on decision‑making.
• Energetic, flexible and adaptable personality capable of driving change in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with modern Financial BI tools.
