F&B Service Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations, including restaurant, events, banquets, beverage, and room service. The role ensures guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and achievement of financial targets while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain budgets for all F&B departments, ensuring cost‑control and profitability.
• Lead and supervise the F&B team, handling day‑to‑day operations and stepping in when needed.
• Maintain high standards of service across restaurant, banquet, beverage and room‑service areas.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure resolutions meet brand standards.
• Implement business plans, financial objectives and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Czech food‑and‑beverage laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑scale F&B operations in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of applicable food‑and‑beverage legislation.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
