About the role
The Finance Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia affiliate will provide financial leadership, governance and strategic partnership across the region. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the P&L, drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the General Manager and affiliate leadership to support strategic decision‑making with robust financial insight.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team, acting as the primary contact for internal and external financial matters.
- Manage the full budgeting cycle (LBE, Plan, LRP, Entity Plan) and provide accurate sales and expense forecasts.
- Oversee month‑end closing, variance analysis and reporting in line with corporate standards.
- Ensure internal controls, Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and adherence to local tax and accounting regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience in a multinational, preferably regulated, environment.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence senior stakeholders across a matrix organization.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) with strong knowledge of US GAAP and local tax matters.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.
