FP&A Manager

About the role

Quadient supports businesses of all sizes in their digital transformation and growth journey through reliable, secure and sustainable automation. Reporting to the Finance Director, the FP&A Manager drives the company's financial performance through financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and business partnering, giving insights that support strategic decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, identifying key variances, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support business performance and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with and challenge operational leaders on budget management and performance objectives.
• Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
• Support investment appraisals, business cases and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools and financial models.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling or Corporate Finance.
• Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, analytical and results-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and ERP systems (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan, Oracle or equivalent).
