Graduate Programme – Supply Chain (Prague)

About the role

Maersk's Pathways of the Future Graduate Program trains recent graduates in supply chain and logistics. It is an 18-month programme combining rotational assignments in operations, customer service, sales and products departments with online and on-the-job training. The position is based in Prague, Czechia, and is associated with an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Work on diverse assignments in operations, commercial operations and sales, facing customers and collaborating with global peers
• Join cross-departmental, mission-based projects to build people-related and functional skills
• Take part in a structured career development plan with coaching, mentoring and on-the-job learning
• Attend a customised supply-chain training curriculum and network regionally and cross-functionally

Required profile

• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain and freight forwarding
• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations or equivalent from an accredited university
• Maximum of two years' work experience after graduation
• Fluent Czech and English (oral and written) and effective communication skills
• Geographic mobility in Central and Southern Europe to meet customers or peers (locations vary)
• Legal right to work in the country of application without sponsorship
