HR Generalist

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for an HR Generalist in Prague. The role delivers a full range of HR support and program implementation across several businesses, functions and geographies, adapting globally developed programs and policies to local or regional needs. It acts as a consultant and partner in organizational design, transformation, change management, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with country or regional business and HR leaders to identify program needs.
• Implement HR programs that meet business and functional needs, and manage several programs at once across a geography.
• Communicate HR policies to managers and employees and work with business leaders to align programs with global policies and local needs.
• Coach managers on routine performance and misconduct issues and give resolution recommendations.
• Support talent acquisition and partner with M&A, divestitures and outsourcing to ensure new employee integration.
• Advise managers and stakeholders on employee relations issues and negotiate with managers, employees, government agencies and other external parties.
• Represent the company internally and externally and contribute to regional priority project teams.

Required profile

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4-6 years of experience in HR, an HR Generalist or HR consulting role.
• Ability to respond independently to complex inquiries.
