SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – German Payroll

About the role

PwC is looking for an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in Prague to deliver consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management applications. You will work directly with clients, mainly HR and payroll professionals, to design, configure, implement and launch payroll solutions that help them optimise their HR processes and meet their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and implement SAP HCM software solutions
• Provide training and support for the integration and use of SAP HCM applications
• Design processes, configure and implement payroll solutions for clients
• Work daily on SAP HCM PA, OM and payroll, using analytical, presentation, communication and organisational skills

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Experience with German payroll is a strong advantage; manager-level (5+ years) experience is also considered
• Fluent Czech and English; German is a strong advantage
• University degree
• Willingness for ad-hoc international travel and to implement new IT solutions

Required skills

• SAP HCM Payroll, PA and OM
• ABAP knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of or interest in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle HCM
