HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Bobcat is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. You will work with people, data, and HR systems, supporting onboarding, payroll, benefits, and reporting for our EMEA operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and off‑boarding, prepare contracts and coordinate joiner/leaver activities across EMEA.
• Provide administrative support for payroll processes, assist with benefits administration, and ensure accurate employee data for payroll.
• Maintain employee records in HR systems, update and validate HR, payroll and attendance data, and support data accuracy across platforms.
• Maintain accurate headcount records, track employee movements, and support regular HR reporting activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of Czech labour law.
• Fluent Czech and communicative English.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• HRIS and payroll system proficiency.
• Experience with HR databases.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
