IT Operations Specialist – Brno

About the role

As an IT Operations Specialist you will be the first line of support for colleagues across Vilgain, ensuring that devices and network infrastructure run smoothly. You will work on‑site in our Prague offices and stores while also supporting our Brno location as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, projectors and streaming devices across all Vilgain sites.
• Manage and service warehouse and retail hardware such as printers, scanners and other endpoints.
• Administer Windows, Linux and Android environments, including user accounts and software updates.
• Set up and maintain VoIP phone systems for the organisation.
• Create clear technical documentation and user manuals, and liaise with hardware and software vendors.
• Provide on‑site support to colleagues in Prague offices and stores, including after‑hours assistance for critical incidents.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or operations.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make independent decisions and improve processes.
• Patient, empathetic communicator able to assist non‑technical users.
• Fluent Czech for daily communication and advanced English for technical documentation.
• Resilient and flexible, able to prioritise in a fast‑moving environment.
