L2 Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl runs and reimagines the mission-critical technology systems used by leading businesses. As an L2 Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist in Brno, you will work in complex infrastructure environments, solving technical problems, designing integrations and keeping systems reliable. You will balance hands-on delivery with strategic planning, working with Architects, Technicians and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and solve: diagnose issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems, recommend feasible solutions, test and automate processes, and assess risks proactively
• Design and integrate: plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions, integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, automate workflows and document architectures and procedures
• Collaborate and deliver: coordinate cross-functional teams, drive projects from start to finish, communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders
• Grow and advance: expand expertise across cloud platforms and enterprise IT systems, earn certifications and aim for Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles

Required profile

• Deep expertise in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking or data and analytics
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one of software development, DevOps, systems administration or systems architecture in the public cloud AWS domain
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Required skills

• Preferred: familiarity with a range of IT concepts, practices and procedures
• Preferred: knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles for technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
• Preferred: analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
