L3 Collaboration & Tenant Platform Specialist

About the role

Kyndryl is hiring an L3 specialist in Brno as the Tier-3 escalation point for its enterprise Collaboration ecosystem. The specialist resolves major and complex incidents, drives root-cause analysis and durable fixes, and administers the collaboration tenant and platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality. The role combines deep Collaboration expertise with collaboration platform administration within an ITIL-aligned operational model.

Required profile

• Expert Microsoft 365 Collaboration: Teams (meetings/voice), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
• Strong identity and access fundamentals: Entra ID (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC; PIM a plus)
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, structured troubleshooting and good documentation habits
• ITIL practices: Incident / Problem / Change, RCA mindset, stakeholder communication
• English at least B1 level; French or Italian is an advantage

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 tenant settings and Entra ID access controls
• Zoom administration and Adobe Admin Console (ABM is a plus)
• Okta/SSO concepts (SAML/OIDC) a plus
