Legal Counsel

About the role

Eurowag is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. You will ensure the company operates at the highest ethical, legal and compliance standards while supporting commercial, development and support functions across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice, analysis and opinions for the Eurowag group.
• Participate in major projects, identifying legal risks and supporting business mitigation actions.
• Draft, review and update contractual documentation and legal templates.
• Negotiate selected contracts and oversee internal legal procedures.
• Monitor relevant legislation and coordinate with external legal advisors.
• Maintain confidential legal documents, powers of attorney and internal records.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in law from an EU university or college.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Czech preferred but not mandatory.
• 5‑7 years of corporate in‑house legal experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience with complex business operations and knowledge of labour law is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Legal IT systems; AI experience is a plus.
