Marketing & Communications Expert – Talent Branding

About the role

Accenture is seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Expert to lead talent branding and recruitment marketing initiatives in the Czech Republic. You will design, coordinate, and execute activities that attract students, graduates, and experienced professionals, strengthening Accenture’s employer brand across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent‑brand campaigns aligned with Accenture guidelines to attract top talent.
• Plan, manage, and execute events such as workshops, open days, conferences, meet‑ups and partnership activities.
• Create engaging, brand‑consistent social‑media content that resonates with prospective candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and business area representatives to reinforce the employer brand.
• Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns and events, using data to optimise future strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for engaging students, graduates and professionals.
• Good understanding of social‑media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing, preferably with exposure to the IT sector.
• First experience or internships in marketing, recruitment marketing, event management or employer branding is a plus.
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset, able to work independently.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Czech and English.
