Partner Business Manager (Kazakh-speaking)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Partner Business Manager to join its team in Prague. The role is designed as onsite, with the expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office. You will develop business relationships with HPE's partners and sell moderately complex solutions, products and services for a portion or set of assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business relationships with HPE's partners
• Sell moderately complex solutions, products and services for assigned accounts, following defined account strategies and plans, possibly with field sales or independently
• Create a territory business plan for medium to high complexity accounts
• Generate, qualify and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure with partners
• Understand client requirements and position company solutions competitively to support retention
• Build a targeted sales pipeline and forecast data-driven sales activities

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in any field (IT or sales preferred)
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Russian; native Kazakh speaker preferred
• Able to collaborate within a team and may lead a sub-team
