Patient Journey Partner (Maternity replacement)

About the role

The Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is the local face of Roche, embedded in the healthcare ecosystem to co‑create solutions that improve outcomes for patients and their communities. This maternity‑cover position can be based in Prague or the West/Northwest region of the Czech Republic.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across the patient journey to identify and remove barriers, accelerating value delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Roche and external partners, sharing community needs internally and securing resources.
• Steward Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring appropriate, balanced communication with healthcare professionals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with other PJPs to pull in expertise and resources as needed.

Required profile

• System thinker with strong stakeholder‑engagement and listening skills.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and developing cross‑functional strategies.
• Deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments in a defined disease area, preferably oncology.
• Fluent in the local language and proficient in English.

• Strong business acumen in commercialization, medical affairs, and customer experience.
• Ability to work with digital tools and agile methodologies.
• Willingness to travel actively.
