Product Builder – AI‑First Full‑Loop Role

About the role

As a Product Builder at CloudTalk you own the entire loop from problem discovery to shipped outcome. You work autonomously in high‑ambiguity spaces around our Core Platform, AI Voice Agents and calling apps, turning friction points into validated, production‑ready features.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hidden problems in support tickets, churn calls or cross‑team gaps before anyone writes a brief.
• Turn vague frustrations into falsifiable hypotheses with clear metrics.
• Conduct user interviews yourself and run continuous discovery each week.
• Run multiple bets in parallel, prototype, test and ship to production quickly.
• Maintain high quality: write tests, think about failure modes and ensure prototypes don’t become sloppy production.
• Build AI‑native flows using LLM‑driven and agentic workflows, understanding model limits.
• Instrument experiments before launch and decide to scale, iterate or kill based on data.
• Hand off successful solutions to an owning squad with full documentation.

Required profile

• Full‑Loop Operator: has taken an idea from discovery to production with measurable impact.
• AI‑Fluent Builder: comfortable re‑engineering work with AI and LLMs.
• Comfortable Killer: can shut down un‑promising bets quickly and explain the rationale.
• Discovery Practitioner: runs unbiased user interviews and avoids leading questions.
• Ambiguity Native: thrives without a spec, designer or explicit success definition.
• B2B SaaS Realist: understands sales‑assisted and PLG models and ARR‑driven metrics.
