Project Manager

About the role

2JCP is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex energy and industrial projects from sales completion through final delivery. You will plan, coordinate and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Take responsibility for assigned projects in the energy and industrial sectors.
• Communicate with end customers, including large international companies.
• Lead project execution from the initial phase through to delivery – on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Establish project schedules and coordinate activities across internal departments and suppliers.
• Anticipate potential issues, monitor progress, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Secondary technical or economics-related education, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work with technical drawings and specifications, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to handle stressful situations.
• Fluent Czech and English at B2 level or higher.
• Proactive, independent work style and ability to manage projects.
• Previous project management experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
