Senior Project Manager

About the role

Our Senior Project Managers are responsible for managing the entire project, from the completion of the sales process through to final delivery. They are entrusted with large and complex projects delivered across multiple production sites and involving subcontractors. You will take a leading role in planning, customer communication, and coordinating the entire project.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for assigned large and complex projects in the energy and industrial sectors.
• Act as a key point of contact for end customers, including large international companies.
• Lead project execution from the initial phase through to final delivery — on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Establish and manage project schedules and coordinate all necessary activities across internal departments, production sites, and suppliers.
• Participate in project cost calculations and monitor project costs, identifying and proposing opportunities for cost optimization.
• Anticipate potential risks and issues, proactively monitor project progress, and resolve discrepancies or problems.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical or economics-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing engineering projects.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple internal departments, production sites, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle demanding and stressful situations.
• Fluent Czech and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to understand and work with technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work independently, a proactive approach, strong ownership, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects.
