Regional HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Regional HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle across our regional sites. You will act as the primary point of contact for HR queries, manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and ensure accurate HR data and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare documentation, set up systems and schedule inductions.
• Process off‑boarding tasks, including exit paperwork, system termination and final checks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in HRIS and shared drives, and audit data for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide first‑line support for employees on HR policies, self‑service tools and ticket resolution within SLA.
• Draft employment letters, contract variations and standard HR documents, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data privacy.
• Assist payroll team with monthly change inputs (new hires, leavers, salary adjustments) and support benefits enrollment queries.
• Identify and propose process improvements, participate in HR operations projects and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Compensation & Benefits and IT to ensure smooth employee operations.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a regional HR team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Experience using ticketing systems for HR queries.
